Work involved installing a fence, configuring the entrance to the archaeological site and providing access to the monument through the construction of a 16-meter-long metal footbridge, planting the re-configured slope of the tumulus and boundaries of the archaeological site with heather, lentisks, holm-oak and woodland flora (trees, shrubs), lighting to enhance the monument, and the installation of signage for the benefit of visitors.
